Who we are
Kalosio is a trade name of Cow Yoga LLC, registered in the United States. "We", "us", and "our" in this policy all refer to Cow Yoga LLC doing business as Kalosio.
Cow Yoga LLC's general Privacy Policy (opens in new tab), which applies across our products, may also apply to your use of the Service. Where the two conflict, this policy takes precedence for anything specific to Kalosio.
What we collect
- Waitlist signup: your full name, work email, and company name.
- Emails you send us: whatever you include when you reach out directly.
- Website analytics: aggregate page visit data via Plausible. No cookies, no fingerprinting, no personal data. We see traffic patterns, not individuals.
- Server logs: IP address, browser type, and referring URL, retained for up to 30 days for security diagnostics only.
How we use it
- Send you Kalosio updates, your early access invitation, and launch news.
- Respond to questions you send us.
- Understand, in aggregate, who's interested in Kalosio so we build the right things.
We don't use your information for advertising, profiling, or any automated decision-making.
Sharing
We never sell your data. We share it with the service providers listed below, and only what they need to do their job. If we're ever required to disclose information by law or court order, we'll tell you unless we're legally prohibited from doing so.
Retention
We keep waitlist information until you ask us to delete it, or until it's no longer needed after Kalosio launches. Server logs are cleared within 30 days. Aggregate analytics data has no personal information to delete.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. You can opt out of emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message we send, or by emailing us directly. We'll respond within 30 days.
If you're in the EU or UK, you also have rights under GDPR or UK GDPR including the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
