The parties
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Cow Yoga LLC, a company registered in the United States doing business as Kalosio ("Kalosio", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing this website or joining our waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Cow Yoga LLC's general Terms of Service (opens in new tab), which applies across our products, may also apply to your use of the Service. Where the two conflict, these Terms take precedence for anything specific to Kalosio.
What Kalosio is right now
Kalosio is a business operations platform currently in development. This website is a pre-launch waitlist. We are not selling or licensing any product or service at this time. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell, a promise of delivery, or a binding commitment to provide any product or feature on any particular timeline.
Joining the waitlist
Submitting your information to our waitlist:
- Does not guarantee you early access, a specific pricing tier, or any particular feature set.
- Does not constitute a purchase, reservation, or payment of any kind. No money changes hands.
- Does not create any contractual obligation on our part to invite you, contact you within any timeframe, or launch the product at all.
We select waitlist members at our sole discretion. We may invite all, some, or none of the people who sign up.
Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when joining the waitlist or contacting us. Submitting false, misleading, or another person's information is a violation of these Terms and may result in removal from the waitlist.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the site, submit forms, or circumvent security measures such as CAPTCHA.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, its infrastructure, or any related systems.
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or data from this site.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization.
- Use the site in any way that violates applicable law, including laws governing spam, privacy, or data protection.
- Transmit malware, viruses, or any code intended to damage or interfere with the site or its users.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Kalosio name, logo, lockup, product names, design, text, and code, is owned by or licensed to Cow Yoga LLC. Nothing on this site grants you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or other intellectual property without our prior written consent.
You may share a link to this site or reference Kalosio by name for informational purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any site content without permission.
Feedback and communications
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about Kalosio (whether by email or any other channel), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you. We won't share your personal information when doing so.

This site may link to third-party websites or reference third-party services. We don't control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Links are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement.
Disclaimers
This site and all information on it are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the site will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We don't make any representations about the accuracy or completeness of pre-launch product information. Features described anywhere on this site may change before launch or may not ship at all.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cow Yoga LLC and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or the waitlist, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of this site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100), regardless of the theory of liability.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cow Yoga LLC and its members, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
Termination
We may remove you from the waitlist or restrict your access to this site at any time, for any reason or no reason, without notice or liability. You may also request removal from the waitlist at any time by emailing [email protected].
Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive any termination of these Terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cow Yoga LLC with respect to this site and the waitlist, and supersede all prior agreements or understandings on the same subject.
Updates
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
